I Get an Error Message While Accessing the WizyEMM Online Console

If you get an error message while accessing the WizyEMM console using a username and password combination, make sure: 

  1. Your username / password are correct
  2. That you are not in incognito mode when logging in
  3. You have disabled the “Block third-party cookies” setting in your browser. Here’s how to do it in chrome:
    1. Enter chrome://settings
    2. Search for “Cookies”
    3. The setting is located in Cookies and other site dataBlock third-party cookies
