Real-time Device Tracking

WizyEMM's real-time tracking feature provides live monitoring of device locations within an organization's fleet. It enables administrators to view the current position of devices on a map, offering insights into their geographic distribution and movement. This feature is particularly useful for managing and optimizing field operations, ensuring compliance with location-based policies, and responding quickly to any device-related issues. The real-time updates help enhance operational efficiency and security by allowing prompt actions based on the current location data.

How to enable real-time tracking for your account

To enable real-time tracking on your account, you must:

1. Contact your admin or partner to enable it on your account via the Partner Console
   
   
2. Once the feature is enabled, you will have to enable the Advanced Device Status Update configuration inside your preferred profile
   
   
   
   
3. Also, the Location Services should have the following values:
    
   
4. After making sure that these are enabled and your profile is saved, you can now start to track your devices live
   
   

Please take note that live / real-time tracking can only be active for one device at a time, and is 15 minutes per session.
