Reset a Device Password

If an employee forgets his device lock screen password, the WizyEMM admin can remotely reset the password from the console.

 

>> To reset a device password:

From your WizyEMM dashboard:

  1. Go to the Device List tab, under Fleet Tracking
  2. Click on a device
  3. On the top-right of the page, click on Reset Password under the Actions drop-down menu
  4. Enter the new password
  5. Click on Submit
