To enable remote control for Zebra devices, you must first push a Zebra remote control add-on application to your devices, as well as upload a XML configuration file to your console via Zebra OEMConfig.
>> To enable remote control for Zebra devices:
From your WizyEMM console:
- Go to the Profile Management tab
- Go to the specific profile under which your Zebra devices are enrolled
- Safelist the Remote Control add-on for Zebra application in that profile (link), with install type Force installed. You can find this app by searching for "com.zoho.remoteplugin.zebra" in the Public Applications tab, under Applications Management.
- Safelist the Zebra OEMConfig application in that profile, with install type Force installed
- Click on the Configuration button next to the Zebra OEMConfig application
- Under the Device Administration Configuration menu, select the SubmitXml action and search for the Submit XML field
- Copy paste the following XML into the Submit XML field

- Fill in the Allow Caller package with: com.zoho.remoteplugin.zebra
- Fill in the Allow Caller signature with:
