Enable Phone Calls in Kiosk

To enable making phone calls in kiosk, you should add these following systems applications to your kiosk profile:

• The Android telecom server, "com.android.server.telecom"
• Your Android dialer, usually "com.android.dialer" (can be different following the manufacturer)

For Samsung devices, you will also need to add "com.samsung.android.incallui".

Once these system applications are added to your kiosk profile, you only need to add the icon of your Android dialer on your kiosk layout.
